ORDER INSPECTION: It is extremely important that you inspect your order IMMEDIATELY when it arrives and BEFORE YOU REMOVE ANY OF THE TAGS from the garments. There is a time limit on returns and they will NOT be accepted once the tags have been removed!
We DO NOT offer returns/exchanges on SALE ITEMS because these sales are a FINAL. When purchasing a sale item please choose carefully because we will make no exemptions to this policy.
Regular priced items may be returned/exchanged. We encourage you to read the item descriptions regarding sizing etc. so that when your order arrives it is exactly as you wanted. However, in the case that you need to exchange a regular priced item, we offer a merchandise exchange as outlined below for exchange or store credit only, no refunds. Items MUST be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, no makeup stains, no tobacco odor and ALL TAGS MUST be intact. It is your responsibility to get the items back to us. You must also include a copy of your invoice showing the purchase. All sales are final on sale items so please do not return any sale items.
The items must be RECEIVED at the address below within 15 CALENDAR DAYS of the confirmed date of delivery as provided by the Delivery Confirmation receipt! We strongly recommend you also use delivery confirmation when returning any items to us in the event the postal service loses your package. Once we receive your package, we will process it and then issue an online credit voucher and email you the code. You will then use this code to reorder the item(s) you want (different size, different item, etc.) which will generate you a new order to where you may apply your store credit.
RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY RECAP:
1) Tags must remain attached to garments in order to receive your store credit 2) Orders/Items must be inspected immediately so that if they need to be sent back, we receive them within the 15 day return pe-riod; 3) You must complete and return the “Authorization Form” (below) along with your merchandise; 4) All sale items are FINAL, no exchanges or returns; 5) Please highly consider using a tracking number and possibly insuring your package if needed. If the postal service looses your package, we cannot issue you a credit if we do not receive the merchandise. Having a tracking number and insurance will also keep the post office accountable. You are responsible for the items until they reach us. We accept no re-sponsibility for a lost package.
